In iDEES just administrator user can make a new project and this can be done by administration tool within all section Make New Project


Actually iDEES will deliver with a sample empty project so Make New Project just create a new copy of this project. Normally if Admin use Make New Project in every live project, he/she just will make a copy that project contain all data of that project as a new project so he/she must delete all not required data from the new project by another administration tools.
