PDMS/E3D has a tool to export all attributes of elements to a text file and it can be used beside the RVM file when using AutoDesk NavisWorks. This tool is in the DESIGN module Utilities ⇒ Export ⇒ Dump Attributes...
When using this output file in the NavisWorks, all elements have their attributes in the Properties form. iDEES has a more powerful tool for this aim. When user uses iDEES, the attributes are more applicable than PDMS/E3D itself. By the new version of AutoDesk NavisWorks and when we have this data in it, we can generate MTO from NAVIS file.
