This tool can be used to assign jobs to any user and then specify a due date for doing that to plan the whole job. It sends some automatic emails from assigner to user and vice versa to hint both about the job and its status.
The most important advantage of this tool is planning of jobs for all users by Sub_Leads, Lead and Top Managers users. Each power user receive his/her own job warning by Outlook email and internal email in iDEES and he/she can perform requested job then he/she can make the job DONE, then a reverse hint goes to the assigner. After this an approval is required to close the whole job and then archival.
