New Line No
New Line No. : Create new Line Number. At the beginning of the project, normally current available line list has been imported to the system by administration tools (See here) and after that the iDEES is the main and unique source of Line List, so after this stage, all new line numbers must be added by the 'Piping Line Details Form' one by one. (If there are a lot of new line numbers, it can be imported by administration tools)
For the new Line Number, just (Required) fields must be filled manually and the others can be filled up by administration tools (See here). Following snapshot shows which fields must be filled up:
All the fields in this section or in whole form are related to the Project Line List. These fields are collected from so many projects and may cover all requirements but it in any project there is field which is missed here, it can be reported to developer for adding.
The only field that has some philosophy in behind, is the Value of Line * (Or in other details form, Value of item) field. The concept of this filed is the differences between lines. Actually all lines have no same weight in the project, for example a 24" stainless steel line with temperature 450 Celsius is not same as a 1" carbon steel line with ambient temperature. Both line must be done from 0 to 100 but in the project the first line is more valuable than the second one.
