New User
Admin user can Login as follows to create new users, set email, password, permissions:
Then the 'iDEES User Detail Form' will be opened with full access to create new user and change some data like First Name ,Last Name, Password, Permissions & ... , and then save and close the form.
To see new user name in the iDEES User drop-down, just 
key should be pressed.
