Working With Data Sheets
To work By Data Sheets in MS Access, see the following image:
Following image shows how to use shortcut menu (activated by right click of mouse) on the Column headers:
In the Data sheet view, user can select one or more columns and by Drag & Drop, change the location of them in the view.
For example, user selects both 'Task Title' and 'Status' columns then sort them. the following image is the result:
First 'Task Title' sorts and then 'Status' based on 'Task Title'
Then user can move column 'Status' to left side of the 'Task Title' and then select both to sort them Descending (Z to A) based on 'Status' like below:
