'AVEVA Normal Utility' contains some normal tools in PDMS/E3D. All of these tools can be run by General User of PDMS/E3D for the project in the Active Profile (See here)

To use this tools, PDMS/E3D Administrator can create a General User in the project for example 'iDEES' and then use it in the Active Profile (AVEVA Configuration)
