This is a useful tool to record and save all history of changes or any claims. In so many companies there is not such tool.

By this tool, user can insert any changes in the engineering by details and then at every stage of the project, any responsible person can create report form this tool to MS Excel. These changes or claims can be from Client or ant other engineering discipline with spent man-hours.

Also there is review section in this form which can be accessible by Lead Engineer to review all contents.

In this tool there is field for any type of attachment so user can attached any evidence or document or scanned image for the related change or claim.


, users must rely on the any available system in the company or they must rely on their emails if they received those on their mail box. Also in the critical moments in the project which is required to find suitable change/claim, searching emails can take so many hours and may lead to nothing if emails do not follow any relevant formated subject or body.
