This is a useful tool to record and save all history of meetings. In so many companies there is a Document Control Center (DCC) which is responsible for recording minutes of meetings but in so many others there is not such tool.
In this tool there is field for any type of attachment so user can attached any evidence or document or scanned image for the related MOM.
, users must rely on the any available system in the company or they must rely on their emails if they received those on their mail box. Also in the critical moments in project which is required to find suitable MOM searching emails can take so many hours and may lead to nothing if emails do not follow any relevant formated subject or body.
