In every database applications, one of the most important thing is to track changes. In iDEES, as well as other databases, all changes in the input lists (Line List, Equipment List, ..) are stored in a place as Change List.


By this report users can see in which input list, what changes occurred, by who , at what time, from what to what, as shown in the below snapshot:


 


This data is normally locked and just admin user can unlock and delete some records or all of them.


Note: This report just contains changes which are made in the one of the detail forms (Piping Line Details Form, Equipment Details Form , ...), and all changes which are made by Admin user from the administration tools will not be recorded here. To manage all changes in whole project, an additional tool must be used which is called Input Data Change/Revision Manager .
