Hold Manager is very useful tool in the life cycle of the project. It is for managing HOLD status of each Line Number. from the start of working on each Line Number, when user see a HOLD in each task, It can be inserted here to use in Isometrics or Piping Plans for any HOLD cloud.

Sometimes in the projects, construction contractors need to know which part of an Isometric can be fabricated and which part can not be or must erected at site with cautions, so Engineering department must put HOLD clouds the mentioned part to show that part is hold for a reason which is specified here as well.
