Sometimes it is required to generate isometrics with highlighted changes (How To create Changed Isometrics from PDMS/E3D) so by the following check box, user can enter a previous date & time to generate isometrics which contain all changes in a new layer, then by Auto Revision Cloud in AutoCAD  tool, user can generates all required Revision clouds and revision marks for these isometrics:
