By this key, user can connect to the PDMS/E3D and collect all SPWL (SPecification WorLd) from PARAGON module of Active Profile(see here). The collected SPWL will be shown in the list   2

Shows all collected SPWL by using key   1   . From this list user can select which SPWL(s) is required for  collecting SPECs just by clicking on the list.

When user select first SPWL, this key will be enabled and then user can use it to collect all available SPECs for the selected SPWL(s). The result will be shown in the list    4   .

Shows all collected SPECs by using key   3   . From this list user can select which SPEC(s) is required to collect data just by clicking on the list.

This key will be enabled after a SPEC is selected in the list   4  . Then by this key, iDEES run some macros to collect data for all SPCOs (Spec Components) from PDMS/E3D.

After enabling, this key is able to Export all data of Spec from all selected Piping Class to Excel. After pressing on this button, a file dialog request for the name file and then generated Excel file will be opened automatically. This file contain following data:

After enabling, this key is able to Export Spec Summary for all selected Piping Class to Excel. After pressing on this button, a file dialog request for the name file and then generated Excel file will be opened automatically. This file contain following data:

In this Excel, the most important thing is the Size Ranges. In each GTYP like ELBO or FLAN and each Full Description a range will be shown in the Size 1 & 2 & 3.

After enabling, this key is able to Export Branch Table for all selected Piping Class to Excel. After pressing on this button, a file dialog request for the name file and then generated Excel file will be opened automatically. This file contain following data:

Abbreviations T: TEE , P.P: Pipe To Pipe , R.P: Reinforced Pad on Pipe , W.O: Weldolet , S.O: Sockolet , T.O: Thredolet , H.C: Half Couping , L.O: Latrolet , N.O: Nipolet , SW.O: Sweepolet

In the exported table, colors has meaning, so if color is changed it mean the content of that cell is different. So each content has a unique color.

For example,  if 'T.O,P.P,T' is the content of any cell, the color of cell is:

After enabling, this key is able to Export Reducing Table for all selected Piping Class to Excel. After pressing on this button, a file dialog request for the name file and then generated Excel file will be opened automatically. This file contain following data:

Abbreviations CON: Concentric Reducer , ECC: Eccentric Reducer , UN: Unknown Reducer Type(None Standard SKEY)

After enabling, this key is able to Export AVEVA SPCO which have No Matching Item Code in the Item Code List of Project (List  12 )

After enabling, this key is able to Export Item Codes  (List  12 ) which have No Matching in AVEVA SPCO.

By pressing this key following form will be opened. In this form user can insert all Item codes (commodity codes) in the iDEES.

This field can be used to filter list   2  . By typing here, only SPWLs which have characters in their name will be shown and the others will be omitted.

This field can be used to filter list   4  . By typing here, only SPECs which have characters in their name will be shown and the others will be omitted.

This key deselect all selected SPWLs in the list   2   , so nothing is selected then.

This key select all SPWLs in the list   2   .

By This key user can export name of all Spec World into a new text file which will be opened automatically after request of saving path.
